Virginia Tech held a limited 54-play scrimmage on Saturday afternoon. There wasn’t as much to take away from the scrimmage as usual, as the coaching staff elected to sit some of their veteran players in order to get a better look at their younger guys. On the other hand, we got to see more of those younger players than expected. Those who performed well can now go on to potentially challenge the veterans for playing time.
